Unicontrol is thrilled to announce that we have signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by Spectra Precision, a unit of Precisional LLC. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in the construction technology sector as Unicontrol joins Spectra Precision in Precisional’s portfolio of construction technology-related businesses along with Seco, and Loadrite.
Since its inception in 2018, Unicontrol has transformed construction operations in 27 countries, enhancing the efficiency and simplicity of machine operations with thousands of systems in use. The acquisition represents a powerful opportunity for Unicontrol’s mission of becoming a global leader in machine control technology for the construction industry.

Spectra Precision designs and manufactures high-quality leveling, positioning, and alignment instruments used for general, exterior, and underground construction. The instruments incorporate laser and optical technology for general contractors and specialty contractors serving large and small commercial job sites as well as residential builders and remodelers.
